Jenny Ngov, CPA
Carole graduated from Saint Mary’s of Moraga in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting. She spent the first two years of her career as an auditor, with a focus on local government and not-for-profit organizations, including preparation of their audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports. Carole’s early career included municipal finance management as a Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director.
After leaving public service in 2013, Carole has worked preparing hundreds of individual, business, and trust tax returns. Carole has been a California CPA since 2000 and a resident of Benicia since 1979.
Carole Wirbick, CPA
Jenny graduated from CSU East Bay in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an option in Accounting. She started her accounting career in 2014, which is when she met Steve. When Steve opened his practice in 2015, Jenny joined him from the beginning and that’s the origin story of Green CPA Firm. In 2017, Jenny earned her CPA designation. She enjoys the fast-paced environment during tax season; in the off season, she enjoys bookkeeping.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys the warm sun, beaches, and hikes.
Randy is a Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a certificate in accounting from Golden Gate University in 1997.
Randy began his accounting career with the Internal Revenue Service as a tax auditor. He later joined Ernst & Young, preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Randy subsequently returned to the IRS and served as a special agent in the IRS Criminal Investigation Division, where he investigated criminal violations of the federal tax code and other financial crimes.
In 2023, Randy returned to private practice, preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses, and resuming his passion for helping clients with their tax and financial matters.
Randy is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a U.S. Air Force veteran. Randy enjoys time with his family, golfing, and bike riding.
Randy Krueger, CPA
Steven began his public accounting career in 2005 after graduating from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s degree in Business-Professional Accounting. He has gained experience in a wide variety of accounting services since then.
Steven specializes in tax compliance for individuals and small businesses. He also provides valuable tax planning and accounting services to his clients to meet their personal and business goals. Steven also has extensive experience in forensic accounting, using his investigative skills to uncover the financial facts of a situation. He is a business valuation expert and has earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
Steven is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. While not working he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the community.
